spacious suite great view convenient location
my panoramic two-bedroom suite was spacious. it had great city views. the location was convenient, with a nearby metro. free water bottles were provided daily.
the elevator wait times were long at times.

clean room spacious facilities room upgrade
i received an upgrade upon arrival. the room was clean and spacious. all facilities were inside.
The hotel's guest policy felt restrictive regarding the number of adults allowed in a two-bedroom suite. Even visitors were not allowed.

metro station mini grocery good surprise
the metro station nearby was convenient. a pharmacy was also close by. a mini grocery store within the hotel offered essentials. our room upgrade to a suite with two bathrooms was a good surprise!!!

convenient location friendly staff delicious breakfast
the location is amazing! i could easily walk to the metro in just five minutes. the staff were super friendly and always ready to help. the breakfast was AMAZING!!! a great way to start the day.
The elevators could be a little slow at peak times. I waited a bit.

missing appliances rushed checkout
The kitchen wasn't fully equipped upon arrival. I had to request appliances, inconvenient. the checkout process felt rushed. they repeatedly called and knocked, starting right at 12 pm. it felt inconsiderate, especially since i had small children with me and needed a bit more time.

The location was perfect for accessing various points of interest. The staff was always cute and ready to assist guests in any way possible. I especially appreciated the guest relation officer who was very attentive to my needs. The breakfast options offered a delicious start to the day.
I noticed room service could use improvement in responsiveness and delivery times.

Breakfast included a fabulous continental selection with many options. The Lebanese cuisine stood out and was very tasty. There are various dining options, providing diverse culinary experiences throughout the stay.

The reception staff and concierge were amazingly friendly and efficient. The manager on duty was super helpful in resolving issues. Personnel throughout the hotel provided very good service. Ellie and abdul in particular were very helpful.

I stayed in a classic one bed room suite with comfortable beds. The room was clean and well maintained throughout my visit. Free upgrades are available and rooms provide burj khalifa views.
